Trent started his Heavy Diesel Apprenticeship at the age of 14. Growing up in the industry, he gained firsthand insight into the challenges. He understands the effort and time it takes to train employees and to operate a business in the Civil and Mining industry. With his extensive experience, himself and his team provide exceptional service to all customers. He leads our team with passion, pride, integrity and expertise.

Chloe started BSO Mechanical in 2020 with her husband Trent. "We never expected to grow this big, we started BSO thinking it would be a small company with a team of 2 or 3, we have now grown to need an admin team and coordinators to help steer BSO to success." 

Working in the office to assist managing the tasks behind the scenes, she ensures that our trades and our clients are well looked after. Managing the tasks that often go unnoticed but are really what keeps our company going.  

Ben is our Northern Territory Area Coordinator. Having been a boilermaker for 7 years, Ben brings extensive experience, expertise and knowledge to our team. He guides our team of with dedication and pride and is constantly making us proud of the way he strives for success for himself, our boilermakers and for BSO.
